| Restructuring | Refers to area with irregular housing that should be planned with restructuring plans. This class has four sub-classes: Rehabilitation, Renewal and Restoration. |
| Specific housing | Refers to urban area with specific regulations according to the specificity of each region. |
| Zone to preserve | Refers to urban area that has great heritage and architectural value. This class includes four sub-classes: Medina, Ksour-Kasbah, Architectural value and Historic site |
