Determination of cultural intelligence and its components rate among headquarters managers of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and analyzed the relationship between cultural intelligence with managers’ performance and their demographic details

The results showed that these managers’ cultural intelligence average was upper than the average limits. There was a significant relationship between cultural intelligence and its components with managers’ performance and years of work experience, work location, and ethnicity

Determination of moral and spiritual intelligence rate and its elements among the managers of Tehran University of Medical Sciences faculties, and analyzed the relationship between these intelligences with their demographic details and creativity

The rate of spiritual and moral intelligence was higher than the average. Also, the managers with lower educational degrees enjoyed higher spiritual and moral intelligence. There was significant relationship between the managers’ moral intelligence and their creativity. It was indicated that moral intelligence can specify 8% of creativity variance, while spiritual intelligence can specify 4% of creativity variance.

The amount of emotional quotient among the managers of employees of Tehran University of Medical Sciences hospitals was desirable. Also, there was a significant relationship between managers’ emotional quotient and their performance.
