Response for each criterion had three possible answers:

(√) Meets requirements: the answer to the criterion is fully and unambiguously positive. There is no important omissions observed and no doubt about the response. The reviewer quickly perceives that the response is affirmative.

(≈) Partially meets requirements: the response to the criterion is not easily understood, or the reviewer is left with doubts about the answer.

(χ) Does not meet requirements: the response to the criterion is totally and unequivocally negative.
