Eligibility

No limit on the number of awardees (90% of the faculty receive a bonus)

60% of the faculty receive a bonus:

The top 20% receive a 20% bonus,

The next 20% receive a 15% bonus,

The next 20% receive a 7.5% bonus.

40% of the faculties receive no bonus.
