People from FI households were significantly likelier to report having heart disease (OR 2.5, 95% CI 1.6 - 3.8), diabetes OR 1.8, 95% CI 1.2 - 2.6), or hypertension (OR 1.6, 95% CI 1.2 - 2.1), and greater odds of reporting poor health (OR 2.9, 95% CI 2.4 - 3.4), multiple chronic conditions (OR 2.8, 95% CI 2.3-3.4), and depression (OR 3.5, 95% CI 2.9 - 4.4).
