Inclusion Criteria

Reasoning/Justifications

Nurses (male or female) who are working in (KSMC) in (MCH), (MH) inside the Medina region.

To ensure that the study setting and type of participants are maintained. The nurses describe their experience and provide a deep insight into the studied phenomena in both big hospitals.

Saudi nurses who have experience in nursing for not less than 3 months.

Nurses who have worked a sufficient time in nursing, so they have enough clinical experience to share with the researcher. Arguably, such nurses provide the most credible information and provide opportunities for the researcher to gain deep insight into the studied phenomena.

Exclusion Criteria

Saudi nurses who in annual, study, and maternity leave or not willing to participate in the study.

Nurses who have worked during data collection time, so they have credible information about the study phenomena. Moreover, the nurses have the autonomy to participate in the study and the link has been sending to them.

Nurses (male or female) who are working in other Settings inside the Medina region.

The setting has been selected as mentioned above.
