The Formula of Primes

An integer $α \in [11, b]$ containing no factors of 2, 3, 5, and 7 is a prime if and only if there exists $r_{i} \in S$ and $k \in N_{0}$ such that $α = r_{i} + 210 k$ , with $k + 1 \notin L_{b} (i)$ , $i = 1, 2, \dots, 48$ .
