Blade-alveolar Distortion:

The tip of the tongue touches the alveolar ridge.

Clamping the teeth together and holding the tongue behind the the back of the upper teeth to create an obstruction to airflow

The tip of the tongue approaches the back of the upper incisor to create an obstruction to airflow
