The duration of work was greater than or equal to 12 hours in 49% of parturients. There was a statistically significant relationship between the duration of labor and the complications of cesarean section (P less than 0.001). We found 85.7% of complications in patients with a membrane rupture duration greater than 12 hours. There is a statistically significant relationship between the duration of the rupture and the maternal complications of caesarean section (P = 0.001) | ||||
