Interpretive contribution

Value

- Subjective aspect.

- Something to defend or obtain.

In Health Care the absolute value is represented by Health, which is subjectively understood by each patient, but represents a common good to be protected and possibly treated in an increasingly effective way. It is something that must be defended because it cannot be duplicated, it cannot be replaced; it is the most precious good, the most important thing in a Community.

Co-creation

- Party Involvement.

- Active participation in the generation process.

In the field of Health, the involvement of patients in the processes of care, therapy, diagnosis and prognosis is increasingly favored and preferred, as it has been shown that greater participation, more information, greater awareness, greater commitment help patients to solve their problems (whether physiological, pathological, chronic or occasional). This obviously favors the spirit of co-generation with respect to the protection of health, understood as a Value.

Multi-part contribution

- Nonlinear processes.

- Spirit of aggregation for common purposes.

In healthcare, due to the collective importance attributed to health, and the widespread possibility of contributing to its protection, and also given the systems approach of healthcare organizations, it is easier to understand how the NHS works and how it is structured to aggregate (in a non-sequential and reticular manner) different actors based on their own specific resources.
