tuberculosis ganglionnaire

Clinical sign

-cough with muco-purulent sputum

-repetitive haemoptysis of low abundance

-cough with muco-purulent sputum

-episodes of recurrent hemoptysis

Chest x-ray showed

-right basi-thoracic areolar images

-retraction of the trachea towards the right side and ascension of the right diaphragmatic dome

no abnormality

Thoracic CT scan

-lower right lobar systemic parenchymal parenchymatous focus, in which there are dilated bronchi of the cylindrical type

-calcified image at the level of the intermediate trunk lumen

Bronchial fibroscopy

-muco-purulent sputum in the middle lobar and right lower lobar bronchus

-purulent secretions from the right lower lobe bronchus
