Conservation Goal 3: Increase public awareness of environmental issues and create a strong resources management system. Information on public perception of threats and the state of marine resources can provide relevant data on the public overall awareness. Measuring the existent conflict, understanding of rules, and enforcement level can also provide information on the management system and how to improve it.
