Clinical signs: average general impression, Respiratory distress with 88% oxygen saturation at ambient air, Asymmetric thorax

Thoracoabdominal X-ray: clear left intrathoracic image, mass effect on the left pulmonary parenchyma, mediastinum organs deviated to the right

Treatment

Preoperative care

Reduction of the hernia, closure of the breach by laparotomy

Evolution

Few after-effects with complete regression of the respiratory distress
