Dyslipidemia

Serum testosterone levels between 280 and 350 ng/dl

Peyronie’s disease

IIEF-5 between 12 and 21

Previous pelvic surgery

Normal levels of LH, FSH, E2 and PRL

Depression

Hormonal disorders
