Exclusion Criteria

Patients with no nodal involvement after SLNB

Pregnancy

Multicentric tumors

Patients with advanced disease who require preoperative chemotherapy or those who present metastatic axillary nodes after FNA

Inflammatory breast carcinoma

Previous axillary radiotherapy

Previous axillary surgery
