Renal puncture biopsy

inflammatory mononuclear infiltrate made up of interstitial lymphoplasmacytic cells without vascular or glomerular lesions. Immunofluorescence negative.

Treatement

oral corticosteroid therapy at a dose of 1 mg/kg/day
