Collaboration with qualified personnel in developing the final prototype;

Make a documented manufacturing test samples of the new product;

Development of a process flow diagram;

Developing a plan for monitoring and control;

Establishment of a risk analysis after a HACCP study of the raw material;

Preparation of the final prototype;

The internal tasting;

The evaluation of ingredients (the required rate, taste, texture) with potential clients;

Launch of the aging test;

Developing a provisional specifications;

Validation of packaging and labeling.

The production

Validation rate of the ingredients, the taste, smell and texture of the product (sensory analysis);

The validation of the DLUC and DLC;

Industrialization (procurement of equipment and materials needed to manufacture);

Verification of storage conditions;

The manufacture of pre-production (test samples) to test with customers;

Determining conditions of use;

The final production start;

Correction of detected nonconformity.
