Risk factors for malignancy in patients with thyroid nodules

・ History of head and neck RT

・ Familial cancer (medullary cancer, MEN2, papillary cancer)

・ People younger than 14 or older than 70

・ Male gender

・ Increase in nodule size

・ Hard or fixed nodule, Cervical lymph nodes

・ Persistent dysphonia-dysphagia-dyspnea
