Colombia has a drainage area of the Amazon Basin of 348,384 km², which is about 5.6% of the total area of the basin and 30.5% of the Colombian territory. The main basins are those of rivers Putumayo, Apaporis, Caquetá and Negro.

Ecuador

Ecuador has a drainage area of the Amazon Basin of 146,688 km², which represents about 2.43% of the total area of the basin and 54.5% of the Ecuatorian territory. The main basins are those of rivers

Napo, Putumayo, Corrientes, Tigre, Pastaza and Morona.
