Case Study 1: male, 78 years, dissatisfied with his GP’s diagnosis when he consulted him with diabetes, circulatory problems and a swollen foot (diabetic foot ulcer). He was prescribed antibiotics―presumably as a preventative measure against infection. After 6 months of SLT the swollen foot was successfully treated, also much more stable blood sugar levels, mobility, circulation, energy, and quality of life.

Case Study 2: male, 60 years, circa 85 kgs prematurely retired from work due to elevated levels of blood pressure which he described as “off-the-scale”. After 4 weeks of SL This blood pressure was at circa 130/90 mm Hg and he commented upon ‘feeling better than at any time in many years’.

Case Study 3: female, 16 years, diagnosis: type 1 diabetes, diabetic encephalopathy, polyneuropathy, microangiopathy. Blood Glucose 28 mmol/l. Patient was receiving over 50 units of insulin per day. After 5 sessions of SLT blood glucose was lowered to 7 - 9 mmol/l.

Case Study 4: male, 23 years, narcotic dependence, diagnosis: type 1 diabetes, diabetic encephalopathy, polyneuropathy, microangiopathy. Blood Glucose 10 - 17 mmol/l. Patient was receiving up to 40 units of insulin per day. After 5 sessions of SLT blood glucose was lowered to 5 mmol/l and ultimately stabilised at 7 - 8 mmol/l.

Case Study 5: female, ca 50 yrs, former acrobat, menorrhagia/hysterectomy, very high blood glucose levels, clinical testing indicated normal pancreatic function, increasing weight (over 95 kgs).

Case Study 6: male, 65 years, 93 kgs. Diagnosed with encephalopathy, and a range of other conditions including: osteoporosis, hepatitis A, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, diabetes, myocardial dystrophy, cardiac arrhythmia, duodenitis, dyskinesia of intestine, irritable bowel syndrome, osteochondrosis with neurological manifestation. Re-diagnosis after several months of Strannik Light Therapy showed significant functional and physiological improvements, and weight reduced from 93 to 84 kg.
