Without the support of funds, the technology is difficult to progress, so clean energy financing fall into a vicious circle.”

The final gas source is the gas fields of Xinjiang and northern Shaanxi and Central Asian countries, and LNG imported from Tianjin and Tangshan by sea. Local governments are required to limit gas and stop gas for industrial and commercial users to ensure civil natural gas supply.”

The financial department will conduct a performance evaluation of the funds invested in each project, the amount of natural gas used, and the reduction of coal consumption. But obviously, the current performance evaluation mechanism is not in place.”
