Daily fever documented for at least 3 consecutive days with quotidian pattern reoccurring over at least 2 weeks with 2 major criteria or one major criterion and 2 minor criteria

Major Criteria

Minor Criteria

· Evanescent erythematous rash

· Generalized lymph node enlargement and/or hepatomegaly and/or splenomegaly

· Arthritis

· Serositis

· Arthralgia lasting for 2 weeks or longer (in the absence of arthritis)

· Leukocytosis (equal or more than 15,000/mm³) with neutrophilia
