If 1st line Protocol with TDF give in 2nd line this: AZT + 3TC + LPV/r (1^st intention)

If 1st line Protocol with AZT, give in 2nd line this: TDF + 3TC (ou FTC) + LPV/r

- If 1st line received is: TDF + 3TC (or FTC) +EFV, the 2nd line will be: AZT + 3TC + LPV/R

The 3rd line treatment must be initiated according to the genotyping results.

In the absence of genotyping:
