· Uncontrolled type I diabetes.

· Uncontrolled hypertension.

· Uncontrolled thyroid disease.

· Other serious cardiovascular, respiratory or systemic diseases.

· Recurrent pregnancy loss.

· Gestational hypertension.

· A history of spontaneous premature birth.

· Mild/moderate cardiovascular or respiratory disease.

· Symptomatic anemia.

· Malnutrition.
