Relevant are papers that examine the future goals and/or future program elements of continuing workplace training of adults, continuing vocational training of adults and/or of adult training.

Irrelevant are articles that examine the future training of graduate or post-graduate students.

Irrelevant are articles that examine future initial teacher training because of international inconsistencies in the education system, as, for example, in Germany the traineeship of a teacher (“Referendariat”) is not part of CVET.
