Telemedicine for patients with chronic diseases as diabetes are in rapid development [38] [39] . Investments in telemedicine have the potential to reduce patients’ need for health care services and improve their daily regulation. Increased investments in secondary prevention to increase self-management can be expected to improve the regulation of diabetes patients, who have not yet developed complications from their disease.
