Did you have any problems wearing the Fitbit?

P7: Yes, I did. So thats how I learned that you should, you should try not to, nap more than 15 minutes during the day and try not to nap after 5 pm. And if you try not to drink too much water after 5 pm.

P8: I didnt Im afraid. Ill be honest, I put the paperwork aside that day when I got home, and I dont even recall where I put it.

Did you exercise before you had the Fitbit?

P4: Well, like taking the dog out for a walk, maybe sometimes going for a run. I, I do martial arts as well.
