Positive diagnosis of influenza

Influenza infection is surely present

Clinical manifestations

Facial paralysis, physical movement disorders, sensory disorders, aphasia, consciousness disorders; often accompanied by high blood pressure or diabetes

Laboratory

Both fibrinogen and lipid levels were elevated, thrombocytosis

Brain imaging

Head CT/MRI or Cerebral angiography revealed lesion of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage

Best treatment practice

a) General treatment: Ensure adequate oxygen supply; control blood pressure and blood glucose reasonably; control the temperature and maintain internal stability

b) Special treatment: Fibrinolytic therapy; platelet inhibitor therapy; anticoagulation

c) Prevention and treatment of complications

d) Treatment of increased intracranial pressure and brain edema
